Welcome to Launchcast. By using our app, you agree to these terms. Please read them.
Who we are
Launchcast is operated by Fera Tech. The app is available on iOS via the App Store.
Your account
- You can use Launchcast anonymously or with an Apple or Google sign-in.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
- One person, one account. Do not share accounts.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
- Use the app for illegal purposes
- Spam or harass other users in Live Launch Rooms
- Attempt to scrape or systematically download our data
- Misrepresent yourself or impersonate others
Subscriptions
Launchcast Pro is available via auto-renewing subscription:
- Monthly: $5.99 per month
- Annual: $39.99 per year
- Lifetime: $69.99 (one-time)
- Event Pass: $2.99 for 48 hours of Pro access (one-time)
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy. Contact Apple Support to request a refund.
Free trial
A 7-day free trial is available for first-time subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription you selected.
Content accuracy
Launchcast displays information from public sources (Launch Library 2 API, NASA, SpaceX). While we strive for accuracy, launch dates, times, and outcomes can change without notice. We are not responsible for missed launches, scrubbed events, or scheduling discrepancies.
AI-generated content
The Mission Control AI assistant generates answers using AI. While we work to ensure accuracy, AI responses may contain errors. Do not rely on AI answers for critical decisions.
Intellectual property
The Launchcast app, branding, and unique features are our intellectual property. NASA imagery, SpaceX data, and other third-party content are the property of their respective owners.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account anytime in Settings.
Limitation of liability
Launchcast is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Fera Tech is registered.
